Principal Consultant
Sharon has over twenty years of experience providing information technology and information services solutions. She has managed and supported software and technology implementation projects of varying scope and budget - primarily for institutions of higher education in the US - but also with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies globally. She has a strong background in enrollment management, higher education ERP, software/application development and service desk. Sharon is also enjoys the challenge of technology audit preparation and compliance and is an enthusiastic practitioner for ITIL and IT governance. She has a Master's in Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business from Lafayette College. Certifications include: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and ITIL Foundation (v3).
