We specialize in Ellucian's Banner ERP product, but also have significant experience in other enterprise applications, such as degree audit systems, and general technical support.ERP-Related Services
We provide functional consulting for all modules of the Banner Student product and the Banner Accounts Receivable product.We also provide technical consulting including conversion definition and programming, interfaces to and from the Banner ERP, development of APIs and self-service pages, new/custom job submission processes, among other items.
Sample projects/tasks we have completed include:
- Implement PII and FGAC functionality for a large college already in production with Ellucian Banner
- Act as an consultant for Banner Student and Accounts Receivable modules for a school implementing the Banner ERP software
- Prepare project plans for major upgrades
- Create data structures to integrate Active Directory LDAP with Banner ERP
- Prepare Oracle-based interfaces to exchange ERP information with other Oracle-based applications
- Prepare localized Banner ERP SSB pages
- Train new technical ERP staff in the areas of security, application support and help desk call management

We have experience with planning and leading enterprise initiatives -- in the areas of business continuity and disaster recovery as well as in the infrastructure area. We provide consulting on software products impacting student services across the organization, including Ellucian Degree Works degree audit software and learning management systems, such as Blackboard.Sample projects/tasks we have completed include:
- Implement Ellucian Degree Works for client migrating from Banner CAPP
- Initiate a custom enterprise reporting student data mart using agile methodologies
- Lead projects to migrate student and staff e-mail to Google and Microsoft 365
- Lead a business continuity simulation recovery effort at an off-site location as well as department-specific simulations, such as payroll
